Friendly and knowledgeable staff. First time I have ever received a call from a surgeon the night before a procedure. Everyone really cares about patient experience and outcomes.

As always, the staff is excellent, from front-desk to PA, to the Dt. everyone is professional,very knowledgeable, and very thorough. They are efficient, see patients on time, but never rush.I highly recommend this practice!

The eye care office at 5th Av. In Manhattan its highly recommended, starting with the Staff at the desk which are kind and helpful plus professional. Dr Shek is a kind and knowledgeable ,, she takes the time to listen and explain everything about your eye care ,you can trust her care and professionalism .
